DELs enable the rapid screening of vast collections of small molecules against biological targets. We are interested in developing new synthetic approaches that expand the chemical space accessible to DELs, enabling the discovery of structurally diverse molecules with potential biological activity.
Strain, Shape & Chemical Space
We develop new synthetic approaches, including photochemical methods, to access strained and highly three-dimensional molecules. This chemistry provides new ways to accelerate access to molecular complexity, with applications spanning medicinal chemistry, materials science and synthetic chemistry.
